Rescheduling & refunds

Phone readings may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice, and are fully refundable if cancelled more than 24 hours before the call. Written questions are fully refundable until the reading has been sent. Once a reading has been delivered — live or written — it is not refundable.

The course is refundable within 14 days of purchase if it isn't what you hoped for — email me and I'll take care of it, no explanation required.

Privacy

Your name, contact details, and questions are used only to deliver your reading and are never sold or shared. Payments are processed by Stripe; The Drawn Card never sees or stores your card details. Email delivery is handled by Resend. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.

Your journal. Cards you log and the reflections you write are kept on your device and backed up to private storage so they survive a lost phone. Only you can read them — they are stored under an address derived from your email rather than the email itself, and they are never used for anything but showing you your own journal. You can download the whole thing, or delete all of it, from inside the course at any time. Deleting removes the backup as well as the copy on your device.

The practice partner. When you send an interpretation for feedback, the card, the scenario and what you wrote are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the response. Anthropic does not use API content to train its models. Nothing about your practice sessions is stored here afterwards. If you would rather not have your writing leave this site, simply don't use that feature — everything else in the course works without it.

Tarot readings are offered for insight, reflection, and entertainment. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no reading should be relied on as a prediction of future events. You must be 18 or older to book.
